1. About These Terms
These terms apply to any electrical services booked or carried out by H&E Electrician Ltd ("we", "us", "our") for residential, landlord, or commercial customers across London and England.
2. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated. Final costs may vary if the scope of work changes once work has begun, and we will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
3. Booking & Scheduling
We aim to attend at the agreed date and time. In the case of emergency callouts, response times may vary depending on demand and location.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed before work begins. Invoices are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations may incur a callout charge.
6. Workmanship & Certification
All work is carried out by qualified electricians in line with current UK wiring regulations (BS 7671). Relevant certificates will be issued on completion where applicable.
7. Liability
We carry public liability insurance for all work undertaken. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or issues outside the agreed scope of work unless these were caused by our negligence.
8. Warranty
Workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period following completion. Please contact us promptly if you experience any issues with completed work.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
